Lodging Taxes State and local laws require us to collect taxes on lodging revenues. Currently the state & local taxes on lodging revenues are:
State of Maryland 6.0%
Occupancy Tax 9.5%
Baltimore Tourism Assessment 2.0% (effective 12/1/2019)
Payment We require a valid authorized credit card on file for each reservation registered in the hotel. Unfortunately we are unable to accept cash as payment at check-in; however, at check-out you can switch your payment from credit card to cash, and any authorizations obtained will be released. (Authorization releases generally take 5 to 7 days to be processed. Check with your credit card issuer for their policy)
Debit/Credit Card Policy At check-in an authorization is obtained to cover your entire stay; room, tax and incidentals. Unused funds obtained through the incidental deposit are issued back to your account at check out. (Authorization releases generally take 5 to 7 days to be processed by your card issuer. Accepted Credit Cards We gladly accept payment through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover & Diners Club. Please note that the hotel does not accept any pre-paid credit cards.
Pet Policy Dogs are welcome at our hotel. Click Here to view our Pet Waiver which is required to be on file for each reservation that has a dog staying in the registered room.
Pet Deposit A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 per pet is required at check-in. We understand that accidents happen; therefore, should there be an extra cleaning services required because of your pet's stay with us we will access your reservation a $100.00 cleaning fee.
Service Animals Any animal classified as a working service animal are permitted to stay at the hotel with the registered owner. While there is no deposit required for classified service animals at check-in, please note that they are subjected to the cleaning fee if there is any damage to the room.
Smoking Policy The Radisson Hotel Baltimore Downtown-Inner Harbor is a smoke-free property. Any guests that smoke on property will be charged a $250.00 cleaning fee.
Parking The hotel only offers valet parking at the prevailing published cost per day. Due to the size of our facility we only have a limited number of spaces that are sold to our guests and the public; therefore, we are unable to guarantee on-site parking. Should our garage be full during your visit, or if you prefer to park your own vehicle, a number of self park facilities are located near the hotel. Maryland Sales Tax State laws require us to collect 6.00% of all revenues other than lodging revenues.
Service Fee Banquet & Catering events are accessed a service fee of 22%. This fee is disclosed on all Banquet Event Orders (BEO) and applies towards food & beverage, room rental charges & audio-visual services. The service fee is taxable by the State of Maryland at 6%.
